Master of Architecture, Registered Architect, Reserve Specialist, LEED Accredited Professional
Denise first obtained licensure as an Architect and became a LEED accredited professional in 2003. She is currently a licensed Architect in the State of Washington and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Denise has been completing reserve studies and capital expenditure reports since 2008. In 2011, the Condominium Associations Institute recognized Denise as a Reserve Specialist.

Erie Stone obtained licensure as an Architect over 30 years ago and became a LEED accredited professional in 2007. He is currently a licensed Architect in Washington and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Erie holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington State University. Erie is a Condominium Associations Institute recognized Reserve Specialist.

Mahria joined Reserve Consultants in 2016. Mahria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Springfield College, MA. In 2019, the Condominium Associations Institute recognized Mahria as a Reserve Specialist. She has over 20 years of experience with visual communication and marketing in various aspects of the construction industry.
KYLE MICHAEL

Project Manager, Reserve Professional
Kyle recently joined the RCL team as Project Manager and Reserve Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Portland, OR. He served in the Air Force as a Civil Engineering Officer from 2018 - 2021. Kyle has managed various construction projects both stateside and in Africa.

About RCL
Reserve Consultants (RCL) started as a limited partnership in 1992 with Ken Harer and Bob Steimer. Initially, their focus was providing reserve studies to condominium associations. To better serve the needs of their clients they expanded the business to include oversight, specifications, inspections and consulting services. They had a vision for a one-stop expert service center that creates value and convenience for their clients.
In 2014 RCL changed to a limited liability company. At this time Ken left the firm and Denise joined Bob as a business partner. Together they continue RCL’s goal to protect the property of their clients and avoid unnecessary expenses. RCL’s team includes accredited reserve specialists, licensed architects and project managers to achieve this goal.
Where most businesses fail in the first 5 to 10 years, RCL has been proudly serving Washington State for over 20 years. Our clients have an appreciation for the honesty, integrity, and creativity that we bring to them.
